~ Practice $80

~ Game $200 – hiring team coverage

~ Game $325– both team coverage

~ Exclusive tournament: $650 – strictly for the requested team

*Base Tournament coverage: $1025 – available to all teams secondary therapist on call
 

Team Therapist:

Seasonal contract: $3900 - one major game/week

•  two tournaments

•  one practice per week (can be transferred to tournaments)

•  organization is responsible for medical supplies and Travel

•  B.Sc. HK- Bachelor of Science - Human Kinetics, Honours Course

•  SIT – Sports Injury Therapist - Manual techniques

•  RMT – Registered Massage Therapist

•  Transcutaneous Electrical Neuro Stimulation - TENS

•  Interferential Current - IFC

•  Ultrasound

•  Russian Stimulation

•  Microcurrent

•  First Responder

•  AED – Automated External Defibrillator
 

Previous Experience:

•  Trainer for Woman's Volleyball, Mohawk College, Hamilton, ON

•  Trainer for Burlington Chiefs Minor Lacrosse – 6 teams

•  Trainer for Southern Ontario Event Medical Staff (EMS)

•  Provincial and National Tumbling and Trampoline Championships

•  Gymnastics National Championships

•  International Professional Rank Woman's Tennis Tour
